How does the booking process work?

Your first message via the website or email is considered a request for an offer, not an automatic booking.
After receiving your request, we’ll contact you to discuss the details and organise the excursion or accommodation together.

When does the booking become final?

The booking becomes final once the 50% deposit has been received.
After the deposit arrives, we issue an invoice and confirm your reservation.

How and in which currency can I pay?

For apartments:
The first payment (50%) can be made in EUR.
The second payment is due upon arrival and is payable locally in EUR.
For excursions:
Payment can be made on the day of the excursion, either before departure or at the end of the tour, in EUR — in cash or by bank transfer.

What is provided in the apartments?
ā
We provide an electrical plug adapter, as well as towels and bed linen — so you don’t need to worry about bringing these.

Do excursions run on fixed days?
ā
Yes, most of our excursions run on fixed days.
If you’re visiting for only a few days and your preferred tour doesn’t match your schedule, feel free to contact us — if possible, we’ll do our best to find a solution.

What happens if we leave the apartment earlier than planned?

Apartment bookings apply to the full reserved period.
In case of early departure, the remaining nights are non-refundable, even if fewer nights are used.
Can I cancel my booking?

Excursions:
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure.
Apartments:
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the apartment. We always inform you about the specific terms in advance.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If weather conditions or other circumstances make it unsafe to operate the programme, we will offer an alternative date or an alternative programme.

Are the programmes safe?

Yes. We have been working in tourism for many years, and every programme is carefully planned to be safe, well-organised, and enjoyable.
Our tour guides are experienced, and the safety of our guests is always our top priority.
Are photos and videos taken during the excursions?

Yes!
During the tours, we also take high-quality photos and videos (including 4K), which guests receive afterwards and may freely use for personal purposes.

Do you use photos for marketing?

We may use photos or videos taken during the programme for marketing purposes (website or social media).
If you prefer not to appear in such materials, simply let us know in advance — we will always respect your request.
